One of the worst days of my life. I haven't shouted so loudly, wept so bitterly, nor done such brave acts for a very long time.
It's my family. Please, if you really are concerned, don't ask more. Don't give me the "things will be alright, they'll only get better" crap, I know they eventually will be.
I just need some quiet and support.
If you really are my friend, spend a few moments praying. After a while, I believe in prayers more than in humans.
Oh God, I beg You. Let those things get out of my head, there're destroying me.
